Lisa eventually died before the events of the original game, but her specter remained in the Otherworld, oblivious to her past. She was reimagined in the 2009 reboot Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, adapted in the 2006 film as the Red Nurse, and featured in the crossover Dead by Daylight: Chapter XVI - Silent Hill.

Lisa Garland is a character in the Silent Hill series, she is the tritagonist in Silent Hill, the posthumous character in Silent Hill 3, and the deuteragonist in Silent Hill: Origins, and a supporting character in the re-imagining, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories, as well as a cameo in the film adaptation Silent Hill.

Dahlia appears in the Silent Hill film, where she is a much more sympathetic character who is tricked to hand Alessa over to her sister, Christabella. Dahlia survives the Alyssa's killing of the Order, as a loving mother.

Silent Hill 3 takes place 15 years after the original game, in which Harry Mason prevented a horrific god from being born into the world through Alessa — a young girl who was forcibly impregnated and then burned alive by her mother in ritual sacrifice.

God, also known as the Creator of Paradise, Lord of Serpents and Reeds, the Holy Mother and Samael (the name of a demon given by the cult's opponents), is the overarching antagonist of the Silent Hill series of survival horror video-games.

Throughout the game, Pyramid Head is a tenacious antagonist who follows James through Silent Hill for an unknown reason. Unknown to James, Pyramid Head is a physical manifestation of his guilt over his wife Mary's death.

Lisa's spirit was trapped when Alessa's nightmare became real and created the Otherworld; however, it's unclear how Lisa actually died. It's also possible that, as she was Alessa's primary carer, the Lisa Harry meets in Silent Hill is a manifestation of the real Lisa, conjured by Alessa's memory.

Mary died three years before the events of the game from a horrible, debilitating and protracted illness. Many believe it was Cancer, but it was never specified. Three years after her death, James received a letter: “In my restless dreams, I see that town.

Alessa wanted Rose to act as her new mother and had no intention of returning to the real world, so she trapped Rose in the place where she feels safe, where no one can ever take her mother from her again.

Angela

Angela contemplating suicide using a knife. Throughout navigating the town, she finds Blue Creek Apartments. She lies on the floor of room 109, motionlessly stabbing the floor with her blood-stained knife, contemplating suicide beside an unusually large mirror in a dark room, having given up on life.

10 Silent Hill
As dismal and dark as Silent Hill may be, it does include a happy ending as one of the options.

The town of Silent Hill is not actually filled with monsters. It is a waking nightmare, or dreamlike hallucination that only James can see. This is shown by each other character experiencing it this as their own personal psychosis, fueled by their own ego.

The Birth Of The God
The Good and Good+ endings have Kaufmann dowse Alessa with the vial of Aglaophotis, purging the “God” from her body. The God kills Dahlia, and Harry attacks it, ultimately resulting in its defeat. The reborn version of Alessa/Cheryl appears in Alessa's arms, and she gives the baby to Harry.

Dahlia opted to admit Alessa to the hospital after this. The story in the press about a fire burning down the Gillespie household and the actual fire was simply a cover up story to legally declare Alessa dead so that the authorities wouldn't look for her when she was "internalized" in alchemilla.

The first film shows that Alessa Gillespie was burned alive as a witch, due to the cult believing that she was "sin incarnate" due to her being born out of wedlock.

Dark Alessa is a character in the Silent Hill film and Silent Hill: Revelation. She is the dark part of Alessa Gillespie's soul, an embodiment born from her pain and suffering.
